PLEASE READ

The space has metered parking around the area, the main entrance is on Third St, elevator access and a public bathroom (2nd floor). The studio is located on the 3rd floor.

Payments are non-refundable but are transferable.

RULES:

-Please clean up after yourself and leave the space as it was when you came in. There are cleaning supplies in the right locker, if needed.

-Keep noise and music at a respectable level, please. There are other businesses in the building. Noise travels extremely well in this room, we and the neighboring businesses would appreciate if you pick furniture up rather than drag, refrain from raising your voices and be cognizant of sound.

-With that, we have decided to limit children/babies and large groups to weekends only.

-There are usable items all over the space, including in the left locker. You are welcome to use anything just…

-Please don’t move the cactus, lockers or desks, everything else is mobile, including the bed but please be careful of the fixtures

-Be careful when rolling the backdrops, there are some dips in the floor and they get away. Note: there are locks on the wheels!

-Speaking of backdrops; keep in mind, the colors are always subject to change. Shoot us a message if you need or want clarification on what colors will be on certain dates!

-Use of fire, paint, glitter or adhesive is not permitted

-The liability of yourself and your client’s is to fall under your own insurance (as stated in the contract)

-Do not park in the lot behind the building, those are assigned spaces and you can be towed

-Contract will be sent to you within 48 hours and is good for a year
